Dubbed “The White Stripes Of Live Drum and Bass” this band is no ordinary act. They mix their sets like a DJ featuring the full range of sounds from liquid to jump-up with snare cracking beats, rip raw bass and vocals to rattle anyone’s brain. No loops - no backing track - no computers - just sweat!
From the 27th September through to the 12th November 2006, Epoc did a 40 date UK Tour involving some of the biggest club nights alongside major names within the Drum and Bass scene. From Newquay to Aberdeen they will be promoting the release of “Doing it Live”, a documentary containing footage from their gigs since they started working as a duet less than a year ago. The documentary features events such as Radio 1 in Newquay, Headlining at Rhythms Of The World Festival and performing at the Notting Hill Carnival in front of 2000 people.
The band’s set up is very compact. They come fully equipped with their own engineer and equipment so there are no additional sound requirements.
